Picked Any Car I Wanted In That's ? COOL!

While vacationing in New York City the last week of June, my husband and I rented a car from Image Van Rentals in New York in Queens New York. To keep a long story short, I won the trip so all the arrangements were pretty much made for us, keep this in mind. We got off the plane and headed for the area labeled Rental Cars. The location was outside, which was fine, and we sat on a concrete bench to wait for the big green bus to take us to the satellite branch. I'm here to tell you that we didn't wait more than 5 minutes! Literally! The bus driver actually got out of his seat to help us load our luggage and he even smiled! (You don't see that very often anymore, especially in New York City) :-) Once we arrived at the Holiday Inn Hotel Lobby office we simply walked to the counter and told the lady our name. She confirmed our request and reservation for a convertible and that we were going to be returning it to a different office in JFK Kennedy Airport New York, she got all of our credit card information and asked if we had any further questions. We said, &;Yeah, which car do we get?&; She smiled politely and said, &;Take your pick in the aisle labeled Convertible.&; Huh? You mean we get to pick the exact car we want? Is that cool or what? We walked out to the lot and sure enough, there was a whole line of cars just waiting to be chosen for a week of fun and excitement. The keys were all located in the trunk so all we had to do was turn the key, load our stuff and we were ready to go! We did our own inspection for damage and turned it in at the gate before leaving the premises. Image Van Rentals in New York really did make it very easy for the traveler, professional or not. They were very courteous and friendly. I would gladly rent another car, truck, SUV or whatever from Image Queen New York.

Dexter Waited for us, assisted us with the luggage and took us to the office at the Holiday Inn Hotel and we were out of there in a blink of an eye. I rented four 2007 Chevy Express 15 Passenger van rentals from Image Van Rentals in New York, in New York, for our annual corporate luncheon, located in the Hamptons Bay area. Our guest where impressed with the quality of the vehicles. Image Van Rentals in New York not only has the best vehicles but their customer service is superior to other car rental companies in the Metro area. I needed an extra 15 Passenger van for unexpected guest and the manager delivered an extra vehicle on the morning of our event. I have used many car rental companies for our past luncheons but this is actually the first time that our travel arrangements ran smoothly.

Image is better alternative to Uhaul and Penske - Moving Truck Rental

I was moving recently and couldn't find a truck available for weeks, my fault since I looked late. However, I found that New York Rents trucks. I used information online and then called them, and reserved two trucks for 2 different dates. They have been great! They even gave me great discounts and cut my price in half if I committed to bringing the truck back to where I picked it up. Trucks were clean and service was so nice. I will definitely always use Image from now on....who knew they rented trucks?

Over this past weekend I flew into JFK, the rental office I had my reservation with did not have a vehicle for me. I started my frantic search for a car and was told to call Image Van Rentals in New York from someone working at the airport, I did and and found they had a car available for me. There office is not at the airport, its at the holiday inn not far from the airport. The guy working at the counter Dexter, offered to come pick me up so I would not have to wait any longer than I already had. He was a nice guy and got me into a car and on the road in very good time. They even had a navigation unit for me to rent since I had no idea how to get where I was going. All in all I would say it was a very good experience. Compared to the other rental company I was supposed to get a car from there prices were actually really good. I don't travel to New York often but when I do go back I know ill be getting my car from them.

This past week ( March17th 2007) my boss tasked me with finding him a minivan for him and his family for a trip to Philadelphia. I called around but as this was a Friday i was not having much luck in locating a van for him. When I called Image Van Rentals in New York the girl on the phone said they did not have one at the moment but would see if she could arrange to have one brought to the store for my boss to come in and rent. She took my name and number and in just about 10 minutes she called me back to say they were having a van driven over to the store in St. James from another location in Brooklyn. My boss was able to drive over and pick it up and even leave his car at there office so he would not have to stop and pick his wife up to drive the extra car.
