“I just wanted to take a minute to thank you and the rest of the folks at Image for taking care of our family a couple of weeks ago. We were in NYC for a family reunion and rented a nice 12 passenger van. The van ran well but more importantly you treated us well. Good directions to and from your place, friendly (and entertaining) service, and y'all even dropped my family off at a local museum after the rental. Great customer service! If we ever need a full size van in NY again, we'll be sure to call. Tell your team there "Thanks!"
Peace,=> Scott Storm
