Service Agent:

Image Rent a Car has a need for individuals to service the vehicles it provides its customers. The responsibilities of this position require teamwork and cooperation among team members located both in the office to which you are assigned as well as all offices. The responsibilities include: To meet and greet customers, vacuuming, shampooing, washing and otherwise cleaning vehicles as well as checking oil, tire and fluid levels. Candidates will also be expected to shuttle vehicles between locations, as well as deliver and pick up customers and vehicles.

Customer Service:

Image Rent a Car has a need for individuals to assist and take care of customers at the busy rental counters at the various locations maintained by the company. While candidates are assigned to a location, there are times candidates are asked to work in another office which may have a need.

Candidates must have the ability to use a computer and be familiar with computer functions. Candidates will be taught the customized proprietary programs utilized by Image Rent a Car. Light administrative duties required. Candidates must be able to work in a team work, carry themselves in a professional and courteous manner.

Candidates will also be expected to shuttle vehicles between locations as well as deliver and pick up customers and vehicles.

Administrative Staff

Candidates must have the ability to use a computer and be familiar with computer functions. Candidates will be taught the customized proprietary programs utilized by Image Rent a Car. Candidates must be able to work in a team work, carry themselves in a professional and courteous manner.

Candidates will have exposure to customers through their area of performance. Additionally, candidates may be called upon to assist car rental customers which may not be directly tied to the department the candidate is assigned. This is expected by all Image Rent a Car employees.

Candidates should be knowledgably in the use of Microsoft Word and Excel. Candidates should be able to formulate a letter and otherwise communicate via writing.

Candidates will also be expected to shuttle vehicles between locations as well as deliver and pick up customers and vehicles.

Image Rent a Car also performs past work history, credit and criminal background checks on all candidates.
