I have been using
Image Rent a Car for over 3 years now, and I

I just wanted to say what a pleasure it was working with you Marcy.
I had to take my car in for some necessary repairs-and this, of course, came up unexpectedly.
I was about to start a trial here in CT, and I would be required to drive medical experts around, etc... When I called my local rental car place-Enterprise, I think.
They were going to give me a Ford Fiesta. I started to panic. I had this image of me rolling up in my Fiesta-it is horrible that image has anything to do with being a lawyer-but the harsh truth is it does. I began to desperately call around to every place on the internet that offered luxury car rentals.
No one could accommodate me on such short notice. It shocked me that they all advertised tons of cars in stock and when you called them they had nothing! I spoke with a colleague of mine from NY and he recommended Image Rent a Car.
From the first moment that I reached you, Marcy, it was
different than what I had been dealing with at other
places. Within minutes you had located a great car and
was arranging to get it to me! Right away I felt you
were going to be able to not only get me a great car,
but deliver it to me all the way in in Ridgefield,
CT on a Friday-no less.
The car was delivered to me by polite people who arrived exactly when you said they would arrive. All my worries were gone! All arrangements went exactly as you said they would go. There were no surprises-no bait and switch-everything went smoothly!
And the car!! I drive a
BMW-but not the
BMW 650i convertible that you delivered to me!! Wow-that
is a great car- and we had some nice weather so I
was able to take the top down!
You exceeded my expectations. I am going to use you
again just for fun in the summer to get my convertible
kick! I will highly recommend Image, and you, Marcy, to
anyone looking to
rent a luxury car!

We recently traveled to Myrtle Beach, SC in one of your
Dodge Sprinter
Van (mini bus??)..Great experience_ very spacious, comfortable
and surprisingly fuel efficient.
During our road trip many people asked me "What the heck
is that monster?"..a few wanted to know where we rented
it and some wanted to look at the passenger cabin and the
amazing trunk space.. one wanted to know the size of the
engine and the displacement (now how would I know that?).
The service provided by Roger (he answered all my questions
and booked my reservation), and Marcy, who did all the registration
and paperwork (with a smile and a sunny attitude) was excellent.
I write this because I am from the hospitality industry
myself and know how important it is for our informed associates
to interact pleasantly with all the guests. Please pass
on my thanks to both- Roger and Marcy.
By the way, at some point in our road trip, we called the
tel# on the key-chain to find out what frequency to use
on the FM to get audio on the DVD.. once again the answer
was forthcoming and accurate.( Did not get the name of the
person I spoke to.. it was a male).

rented a luxury van from your company from July 31st
- August 4th 2009.
When I was calling around looking for a van and stumbled upon Maureen I thought that I had hit the lottery because she was so incredibly pleasant, helpful, knowledgeable and efficient.
When we arrived to pick up the car we were greeted by Herb who was also wonderful.
I am a Vice President for nursing in a Community
hospital in Brooklyn so I live the challenges of making

I called 2 weeks before the Memorial day weekend to secure a van for my August vacation which you got for me and answered all my questions then I asked if you had one for the Memorial Day weekend expecting to here a resounding NO! but instead you told me to hold on a second and when you came back I had one for the weekend.
When I brought the van home my children and wife were very surprised and were jumping up-and down needless to say they had a great time ridding in the van and playing there video games it was the most peaceful car ride I had in a long time.
