First of all, let me reiterate what a pleasure it was to meet you and to do business with your company. Your easygoing, professional manner made the rental process most enjoyable and I now feel like I have done business with a trusted friend. The vehicle itself was in excellent condition and suited our needs perfectly. The Vice Presidents that were on the tour were suitably impressed and it seems that IMAGE Rent-A-Car has set a new standard when it comes to filling our periodic needs for a multi-passenger touring vehicle.

I am writing to let you know about 10 satisfied
customers.. ME AND MY FAMILY! Please see attached photos of
the gan g with the van.
We recently traveled to Myrtle Beach, SC in one of
your
Dodge Sprinter Van (mini bus??)..Great
experience_ very spacious, comfortable and surprisingly fuel
efficient.
During our road trip many people asked me "What the
heck is that monster?"..a few wanted to know where we rented
it and some wanted to look at the passenger cabin and the
amazing trunk space.. one wanted to know the size of the
engine and the displacement (now how would I know that?).
The service provided by Roger (he answered all my
questions and booked my reservation), and Marcy, who did all
the registration and paperwork (with a smile and a sunny
attitude) was excellent. I write this because I am from the
hospitality industry myself and know how important it is for
our informed associates to interact pleasantly with all the
guests. Please pass on my thanks to both- Roger and Marcy.
By the way, at some point in our road trip, we
called the tel# on the key-chain to find out what frequency
to use on the FM to get audio on the DVD.. once again the
answer was forthcoming and accurate.( Did not get the name
of the person I spoke to.. it was a male).
Great service + Great Product.. Thanks.

Marcy, First let me start off by saying thank you so much for you help and cooperation in renting a conversion van from your company you made the process easy, not only were you able to get me a car for my vacation in August I asked the impossible and you came through.
I called 2 weeks before the Memorial day weekend to secure a van for my August vacation which you got for me and answered all my questions then I asked if you had one for the Memorial Day weekend expecting to here a resounding NO! but instead you told me to hold on a second and when you came back I had one for the weekend.
When I brought the van home my children and wife were very surprised and were jumping up-and down needless to say they had a great time ridding in the van and playing there video games it was the most peaceful car ride I had in a long time.
