TomTom ONE utilises the Version 5 navigation engine with Bluetooth support for TomTom's PLUS Services. *GPS units can not be booked online GPS units are not available for rent on one way rentals Only available from New York Airports Vehicle Excess Reduction Insurance does not apply to TomTom ONE Navigation unit, in the case of loss or damage. Units must be returned to counter at the completion of the rental. Image Rent a Car do not acknowledge return of the unit until it returns to counter. Units left in vehicles on return will not be considered returned until collected by an Image representative and verified for condition. Due care should be taken with the unit while rented. Do not leave the unit on the dashboard while the vehicle is unattended. TomTom GPS units are subject to availability, and rental of the unit cannot be confirmed until the time that the vehicle is collected. The unit cannot be used in any other vehicle other than the Image rental car noted in the rental agreement on the GPS In-Car Navigation Agreement. Insurance excess on the Image TomTom ONE Navigation unit is $500 + TAX. This excess amount supersedes varying excess rates agreed within individual corporate rates or otherwise. Signing of the Image / TomTom ONE Navigation agreement indicates the renter's understanding that they are authorised to incur the additional daily charges for this unit, and accept responsibility for the care and return of the unit upon completion of the rental term. Unless specifically noted in the Image / TomTom ONE Navigation agreement, the normal Image rental terms and conditions apply, as noted on the rental documents provided at the time of collection of the vehicle. Image are not responsible for any harm, damage, loss or misadventure that occurs as a result of the use or misuse of the GPS Navigation system. |
